Jr. Production Engineer (Electronics)

We are looking for an enthusiastic yet focused Jr. Production Engineer (Electronics) to join our motorsport electronics team and take part in the production of our world-class products. The production engineer will be given the chance to partake in the end-to-end PLEX production process and on a daily basis will experience the whole manufacturing process from the component preparation and planning to the product completion and testing.

Our team will help him grow from a junior and supportive role to become expert and work interdependently with his team mates and seniors.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Wiring harness building
  • Electronics assembly production (manual and with automatic pick-and-place machine)
  • Assembly of hardware parts, aluminum enclosures, connectors, displays, keypads, peripherals and product cases
  • Inspection and first-level testing of pre-assembled products
  • Preparation and organization of raw materials and electronic components to optimize quality and ensure timely production batches
  • Testing and programming of intermediate and end products
  • Assembling and insulation of final customer-ready products
  • Preparation and packaging of final product kits
  • Production and project reports

Additionally the role will support the complete of production and R&D business development processes.

Requirements

  • Diploma from Higher Education Institutions, Univerisities or equivalent in the fields of electrical/electronics engineering or automation engineering
  • Familiarity and experience with lab equipment (bench power supplies, multi-meters, oscilloscopes, AOI systems, pick-and-place machines and other)
  • Familiarity and experience with micro-electronics and micro wires and cables
  • Previous experience in the micro-electronics and hardware products production
  • Excellent command of the Greek language
  • Good command of English
  • Attention to detail and quality-driven mindset
  • Ability to concentrate on and perform effectively on repetitive tasks
  • Completed military service

Aiming to enhance our configuration and analysis software suite, we are looking for a disciplined, highly productive software engineer who will work closely with our technical director in order to define and deliver an outstanding software solution for our existing portfolio.

Required Skills & Knowledge

  • 5+ years proven experience and thorough knowledge of .NET C#
  • Solid knowledge and experience in Windows Forms
  • Proven track-record with data analysis, graphing/visualisation and telemetry solutions
