Updating the firmware with the PC Software

QUICK INFO:

The Plex Knock Monitor is equipped with a USB port that can be used to update the firmware of the device

for the purpose of adding new features and/or correcting minors bugs.

Step 1

- Connect a USB cable to the PLEX KNOCK MONITOR and the PC

Step 2

- Power-up the KNOCK MONITOR while holding down both the "UP" and "DOWN" buttons

Step 3

- The KNOCK MONITOR should power up with a blank screen and the red LED light on

Step 4

- Click the Firmware Update Button (on PC SW) to start the update

Hint!

- To reset the device after the firmware update is complete, select an ADVANCED preset, press the "RIGHT" button

until you arrive at menu 8.4, and briefly click on the "UP" & "DOWN" buttons at the same time
