Adds GNSS/IMU Functionality (Performance Meter /Lap Timing)

This firmware upgrade applies to the uSDM-200-DL micro display and turns it into a uSDM-200-DLG micro display logger. The issuance of the upgrade code requires the host device’s serial number. The upgrade is performed via the PLEX Device Manager v2. A GNSS antenna is also part of the upgrade and will be shipped by post.
