The PLEX PDM-13 is a 13-channel power distribution module built to replace relays, fuses, and circuit breakers with precise, solid-state control — simplifying your wiring architecture and giving you full command over every output in the system.

With 100A total continuous current capacity, per-output protection strategies, configurable fuse and inrush behaviour, and onboard logic processing, the PDM-13 handles everything from a single motorcycle build to a complex distributed installation. Configuration is handled through PLEX Device Manager — the same intuitive, fast software platform used across the entire PLEX range.

CONFIGURABLE CAN BUS & I/Os

Custom CAN Bus configuration with CAN-FD support (250 kbit–5 Mbit) and flexible analog, digital, and frequency inputs tailored to your system architecture.

SOLID STATE POWER DISTRIBUTION

Replaces relays, fuses, and circuit breakers with intelligent electronic control — improving reliability, response time, and system robustness while eliminating mechanical failure points.

13 CONFIGURABLE HS OUTPUTS

Each output carries individually configurable current limits, fuse parameters, warning thresholds, and reset strategies. Four outputs rated at 7A, eight at 15A with output grouping up to 60A continuous, and one at 45A.

INRUSH CURRENT MANAGEMENT

Per-output configurable inrush current and timing to safely handle high-load devices at startup without nuisance trips.

PWM & SOFT START

PWM capability on three outputs with configurable frequency up to 200 Hz, plus soft-start functionality for smooth, controlled power delivery to motors and actuators.

FUNCTION-READY BUILT-IN MODULES

Pre-engineered modules for common vehicle functions — wipers, flashers, and more — reduce configuration time without limiting control over behaviour.

ONBOARD CALCULATION ENGINE

Go beyond simple switching with built-in math channels, 2D lookup tables, user flags, bitfields, and counters. Process data and execute logic directly on the device, reducing reliance on external controllers

The PLEX PDM-13 combines a rugged, CNC-machined aluminum enclosure with IP67 protection for reliable operation in harsh conditions. Its compact form factor simplifies installation, while its solid-state design enhances system reliability. Advanced thermal engineering maintains consistent performance under load, and vibration-tolerant construction ensures stable operation even in the most demanding environments.
